I have been an Activ50s Gym member for the past 6 months since November 2019, and during that period I was hospitalized with dengue fever for 10 days. This resulted in severe deterioration of my physical condition. My trainer, Amelia has patiently worked with me to restore me to my original physical condition. I have found Amelia to be knowledgable, patient, and supportive, and I have enjoyed my exercise sessions with her.

FAQ

WHO IS SUITABLE TO JOIN?

Our programs are suitable for seniors/older adults of all ages, any fitness level or gym experience and medical history.

WHO WILL BE TRAINING US?

As Activ50s is concerned with safety, only certified physiotherapists are hired to train our members.

HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION LAST?

All types of training sessions run for an hour long starting with warm-up, circuit training, functional floor work, and finally cool-down.

IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?

No, packages are sold based on number of sessions (10, 20, or 30 sessions) with different prices.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Comfortable sporting attire is ideal.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

Nothing physical, just your enthusiasm and positive attitude!
